Presentation 1
‘Love or Trauma: Insights from the Polyvagal Theory’ by Prof. Stephen Porges – professor of psychiatry at the University of Illinois, director of the Brain-Body Center and author of numerous papers on physiology and psychology. His discoveries of ‘The Polyvagal Theory’ and ‘Social Engagement System’ give new insights into how the autonomic nervous system functions.

‘Embryogenesis: a Myth for our Times’ by Katherine Ukleja – graduated in osteopathy and currently a course-coordinator at the Karuna Institute, a senior tutor for the Craniosacral Therapy Educational Trust and highly regarded teacher of biodynamic craniosacral trainings in England, USA, Switzerland and Russia.

‘Cruising Emptiness’ by Gabrielle Roth – internationally renowned artist, philosopher, teacher and dancer. She is the originator of 5Rhythms�, a movement practice for spiritual awakening, and author of the best-selling books Maps to Ecstasy, Sweat Your Prayers and Connections: The 5 Threads of Intuitive Wisdom.

‘What are your Organs Thinking?’ by Jean-Pierre Barral – doctor of osteopathy and former director of the Department of Osteopathic Manipulation at the University of Paris School of Medicine. A world-renowned teacher whose published works include Visceral Manipulation, Visceral Manipulation II, The Thorax, and Osteopathic Approach to Trauma: Focus on Whiplash.

‘Relationship: the Art of Being’ by Hugh Milne – craniosacral therapist, osteopath and naturopath, leading international teacher of ‘Visionary Craniosacral Work’, and author of The Heart of Listening Vols. 1 & 2 and The God that Failed.

‘Trauma and the Human Condition’ by Dr. Anngwyn St. Just – psychotherapist, somatic educator and director of the Arizona Center for Social Trauma. She maintained a long co-creative relationship with Peter Levine, and teaches extensively about innovative ways of healing personal & social trauma. Author of many articles and Relative Balance in an Unstable World and A Question of Balance.

‘Morphic Resonance and Morphic Fields’ by Dr. Rupert Sheldrake – biologist and author of more than seventy-five papers in scientific journals.
