‘Heart Awakening’ is for birth healing at the deepest level. Using this recording you can hold the baby in your heart. By holding this ‘inner baby’ and supporting the newborn who informs the inner child you can learn to heal primal beliefs about what it is to be alive. This is Binnie’s original and most profound guided visualisation/deepening.

This is a deepening, a form of guided meditation/visualisation with a particular attention to the conscious, connected breath, as well as thoughts and images. Deepenings are an integral part of Binnie’s teaching. They facilitate access to thoughts deep in the consciousness that are the basic beliefs upon which we create our current way of being. In deepening we have the possibility to change that basic structure by choosing new thoughts about ourselves and our perceptions of the past. These new choices, supported by the most essential of life’s energies, the breath, literally recreate the foundation of our personality and produce tangible, life-enhancing results in daily life.
